1. Admission and Enrollment
1.1 Application Process
- All applications must be submitted with complete documentation
- Admission fee is non-refundable once paid
- False information in applications may result in admission cancellation
- The school reserves the right to accept or reject any application
1.2 Class Placement
- Students are placed based on age, academic level, and available space
- Class levels: Nursery (Baby, Middle, Top), Primary (P1-P6), Secondary (S1-S3)
- Transfer students must provide complete academic records
- Placement tests may be required for proper class assignment
2. Academic Policies
2.1 Attendance Requirements
- Students must maintain at least 85% attendance rate
- Absences must be reported to the school within 24 hours
- Medical certificates required for absences exceeding 3 days
- Excessive absences may result in academic probation
2.2 Academic Standards
- Students must maintain satisfactory academic progress
- Regular assessments and examinations are mandatory
- Academic support is available for struggling students
- Promotion to next level based on academic performance
3. Financial Obligations
3.1 Fee Structure
- Admission fee: RWF 5,000 (one-time, non-refundable)
- Tuition fees vary by level: Nursery (35,000), Primary (40,000), Secondary (45,000) annually
- Additional fees for uniforms, books, and examinations
- All fees are subject to annual review and adjustment
3.2 Payment Terms
- Fees are payable termly in advance
- Late payment may incur additional charges
- Students with outstanding fees may be suspended from classes
- Payment plans available for families in financial difficulty
4. Student Conduct
4.1 Behavioral Expectations
- Students must demonstrate Christian character and values
- Respect for teachers, staff, and fellow students is mandatory
- Bullying, harassment, or discrimination will not be tolerated
- Students must follow the school dress code and uniform policy
4.2 Disciplinary Actions
- Progressive discipline system: warning, detention, suspension, expulsion
- Serious misconduct may result in immediate suspension or expulsion
- Parents will be notified of all disciplinary actions
- Appeal process available for disciplinary decisions
5. Health and Safety
5.1 Health Requirements
- Current medical certificate required for enrollment
- Vaccination records must be up to date
- Students with medical conditions must inform the school
- Emergency contact information must be current
5.2 Safety Policies
- School premises are monitored for safety and security
- Visitors must register at the main office
- Emergency procedures are practiced regularly
- Students must follow all safety guidelines and instructions
6. Parent/Guardian Responsibilities
- Support the school's Christian mission and values
- Ensure timely payment of all fees and charges
- Attend parent-teacher conferences and school meetings
- Support their child's academic and spiritual development
- Communicate regularly with teachers and administration
- Ensure student attendance and punctuality
- Provide necessary school supplies and materials
7. School Rights and Policies
7.1 Administrative Rights
- Right to modify policies with reasonable notice
- Right to suspend or expel students for serious misconduct
- Right to refuse re-enrollment for academic or behavioral reasons
- Right to search student belongings if necessary for safety
7.2 Privacy and Records
- Student records are confidential and protected
- Parents have right to access their child's records
- Photos and videos may be used for school promotional purposes
- Personal information will not be shared without consent
8. Termination of Enrollment
8.1 Voluntary Withdrawal
- 30 days written notice required for withdrawal
- All outstanding fees must be paid before withdrawal
- Academic records will be provided upon request
- No refund of fees for partial terms
8.2 Involuntary Termination
- School may terminate enrollment for academic failure
- Serious misconduct may result in immediate termination
- Non-payment of fees may lead to enrollment termination
- Appeal process available for termination decisions
9. Legal and General Terms
- These terms are governed by the laws of Rwanda
- Disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration
- School is not liable for personal property loss or damage
- Force majeure events may affect school operations
- Terms may be updated annually with notice to parents
- Enrollment constitutes acceptance of these terms

By enrolling your child at ST FRANÇOIS COLL SCHOOL OF RULI, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. These terms are effective from the date of enrollment and remain in effect throughout the student's attendance at the school.
